To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I went for dinner and didn't have to queue for a table. The restaurant is quite spacious; the staff are all professional and polite; the food came quickly and was served hot. Everything was great.

I particularly like their xiao lung bao (the original one) - their wrapping skin is thin but chewy and the filling was pork meat filled and a mouthful of umami soup. Other great dishes we savored were the cold and sour cucumber, deep fried eel and crispy chicken. Their chicken broth is also one of the best ones we've had in town so far. It's rich, fragrant and nutritious.

Their staff were all very polite and helpful, particularly their manager May. She is extremely professional and treats all patrons with respect and kindness. We will definitely return because of her!
