it’s so rare to find a meal this good! Katsumoto is another amazing restaurant from (same owners as my favourite). It’s a modern Izakaya concept in the food hub of Sai Ying Pun - high street. Obviously came for the signature Australian M5 wagyu sando and we were not disappointed. Served with kewpie mayo, Hokkaido milk bread, and tonkotsu, the beef literally melts in your mouth 🤤. Obviously came for the signature Australian M5 wagyu sando and we were not disappointed. Served with kewpie mayo, Hokkaido milk bread, and tonkotsu, the beef literally melts in your mouth 🤤. The cheeseburger roll was another one of my favourites. It’s the perfect fusion of a Japanese roll and American cheeseburger. Overall the portions are quite light, and you can order a variety of different things to try. The restaurant is also super vegetarian/vegan and dog friendly. Highly recommend coming for their lunch set as it comes with salad and miso soup!
Overall can’t wait to come back and try other restaurants since they always exceed my expectations 🤍
