I and my two best friends wanted to treat ourselves to a nice Japanese restaurant for my birthday lunch and we came across Sushitake, which supposedly should be considered as one of the fine dine restaurants.We ordered a Premium assorted raw fish which did not disappoint our taste buds at all! Every single type of sashimi tasted so fresh and yummy, I loved it so much. Especially the fatty Toro in the center of the plate, it was so rich in flavor and the fatty oil was bursting all over my mouth.

The Steamed egg custard was a side dish of the lunch set I ordered, it turned out to be quite smooth and light, it literally melts in my mouth. The seafood was fresh and was soaked with all the miso flavor the egg custard has.
Sautéed ‘Wagyu” Beef and Onions with Teriyaki Sauce on Steamed Rice-The beef was seared just right; it was thinly sliced and soft in texture. The teriyaki sauce was especially flavorful, and the onions were perfectly caramelized. This is a really nice dish to finish up a big bowl of rice with.
The lunch set ended off with a scoop homemade ice-cream and a cup of hot Japanese tea, I would definitely come back for a second visit just for sashimi itself!!
