To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

各自埋頭苦幹,難得細佬早收工,特意到公司附近把酒談天。這裡位置方便,地鐵站出黎5分鐘就到。餐廳佈置簡約,頗有外國小餐館感覺。剛坐下就小嚼一杯我們點了一個沙律,蟹肉份量不少,加上沙律醬同青蘋果/番茄,味道清新又開胃。芝士洋蔥湯亦值得一讚👍洋蔥芝味濃,喝進幾口已經非常滿足。呢個素食意粉散發淡淡黑松露香氣,蘸上橄欖油既野菇令整體提升不少。紅酒牛肉慢煮出黎非常嫩滑,再配上法包就更滿足最後食埋心太軟,熱燙燙既朱古力醬配上脆底蛋糕,整個性價比已經好過好多貴價餐廳
