To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前都食過呢間,覺得中等啦,價錢又算ok!但係呢餐實在太唔掂! 未寫過食評都忍唔住要寫 ! 我地叫左四件壽司,兩碗烏冬。嗰四件壽司就ok既! 但係啲烏冬完全唔掂!!一碗滑蛋蟹捧,鹹到呢 另外一碗先係重點! 我叫既係照燒雞扒。以我既常識,照燒雞扒應該係煎既上面再有汁。但係原來呢度啲照燒係炸既!?!?放落黎嗰下我已經呆左,但廢事換我可能真係唔識咩係照燒啦 !我對炸野都唔抗拒既!照食。點知中伏!塊雞扒炸到好似塊柴皮咁! 食左一舊就唔想再食。 但我又唔想浪費食物,唯有頂硬上。 但食到最後一件我都真係頂唔順喇!加埋一$50一碗唔算好貴,但比呢啲質素既野食真係唔抵! 以後唔會再去!
