Before setting out, I've skimmed through Zoe's Facebook page. I was hoping to get my hands on a catalogue, but due to menu updates, that wasn't available. At least cakes were on display.
Now for the tasting part, from upper left to lower right:
Look: simple, but elegant
Taste: slightly too sour; real flower was bitter
Texture: soft and moist top; hard biscuit bottom
--- Blood Orange ---
Look: cute and colourful, but too much pattern for a whole cake
Taste: sweet with light orange aroma
Texture: soft and moist top; hard biscuit bottom
--- Tiramisu ---
Look: too much going on at the top, not very attractive
Taste: strong liquor in cake; chocolate biscuit
Texture: creamy cheese; spongy cake; thick-hard bottom
--- Lychee Rose ---
Look: balanced colours of pink on white with specks of gold
Taste: slightly sour
Texture: soft and moist top; hard biscuit bottom
