Cart noodles have long been one of my favourite street food delicacies in Hong Kong. When shopping at Kwai Fong Plaza recently, instead of the usuals I opted for this Cart noodles store on the ground floor. They had a large variety of topping to choose from, the cooked radish was notably sweet. They also separated the curry squid from the noodles to prevent them from being mixed together which was very attentive of them but this slightly affected the temperature of the food.
