To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我對於這間餐廳的服務和餐點感到非常失望，這次的用餐體驗簡直是噩夢一場。不僅如此，我在這裡度過的時間和金錢都浪費了。首先，如果不是方小姐和其中一個老闆介紹，我想我一定不回光顧這間店，之前餐廳說可以幫我免切餅費，但是當我詢問是否能夠改為免除開瓶費時，服務員竟然沒有回應我，這讓我感到非常不滿。而當我到達餐廳後，我才得知這個優惠是不可用的，這讓我感到非常被欺騙。其次，我點的餐點品質非常糟糕，完全不符合這個價格的水平。我覺得自己浪費了錢，還有時間和胃口。當我發現這種情況時，我已經無法退回這些菜品，這讓我感到非常沮喪。總之，這家餐廳的服務和餐點都讓我非常失望。我不會向任何人推薦這家餐廳，而且我會告訴我的朋友和家人要避免光顧這家餐廳。這就是我對這家餐廳的嚴厲評價。
