To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係Chef Jacky Wu 的小fans。知道佢去左黃金海岸酒店,當然要去支持下啦!一直以來我最欣賞鄔師傅既叉燒,不過今次冇食叉燒,試左佢chef’s recommendation 既菜式。- 黃燒濃汁津白卷惹味蝦球- 火焰桂花風鱔球- 話梅玉桂酥香肉排配自家醃子薑特別講講個鱔,未開錫紙已經聞到桂花味,一開見到d鱔就知佢好脆,一咬落去,魚肉彈牙!甜甜地,好出色。另外想講講個頭盤乳豬同埋d湯。頭盤個乳豬中間夾左french foie gras,底部有鍋巴,又脆又滑,配搭得好好,加入少少西式材料而又不失中菜既係根本,唔太花巧,係我欣賞師傅既地方。湯,我揀左白雞湯,今次我唔係第一次飲師傅嘅白雞湯,食得出用料同之前的有分別,不過完全冇失準,依然好香濃,膠質豐富。諗起都好想再飲。個甜品花生騷亦都好特別,我未食過類似既花生騷,好難形容。招呼都好好,侍應笑容親切,其實我好鍾意黃金海岸,不過有d遠,以後就有個藉口多d去啦。

特別講講個鱔,未開錫紙已經聞到桂花味,一開見到d鱔就知佢好脆,一咬落去,魚肉彈牙!甜甜地,好出色。
