Love this series that brings me back for a walk down the memory lane.

Bear Cookie – this looks like the real thing 樂天熊仔餅!And the white chocolate bear is even holding a croissant 🥐. Love the hazelnut sponge cake surrounded with silky -smooth hazelnut mousse. Not dead sweet.

Haw Flakes – love the sweet from the hawthorn and raspberry mousse balanced just right with a bit of freshness and sourness from the sweet lychee gelée and fresh lychee pieces at the center. Refreshing.

French Toast – love the resemblance of a real French Toast. They are made of crispy feuilletine, one filled with vanilla riz au lait (rice pudding) and the other with lemon curd, complete with mascarpone mousse, a pat of mascarpone cream “butter” and honey gelée “maple syrup” to finish. For me, just a tact too sweet.
