To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將軍澳沿著海濱長廊一路都有好多不同的餐廳,這間主打多國菜的Bacaba便是其一,餐廳有室內室外塵位,環境闊落開揚,整體舒服,最正是可以望到將軍澳跨灣大橋。餐牌選擇都頗多,點了一客泰式沙嗲雞串燒作前菜,雞肉不會燒得太乾身,個沙嗲醬是靈魂,微辣惹味,仲會食到粒粒的花生粒。土耳其風味烤肉是推介,羊肉卷餅大大份,剛剛卷起熱度十足,卷餅的皮不會太厚,羊肉鮮嫩多汁,可以配上三款自選醬汁(微辣辣椒醬,大蒜蛋黃醬及鷹咀豆醬),味道配撘很好,微辣惹味。另外點了一客忌廉汁三文魚闊條麵,賣相雖然白雪雪的,但味道卻不錯,每條闊條麵都掛滿醬汁,而忌廉汁亦不會太膩,闊條麵的口感比較爽彈,好有咬口,如果三文魚份量可以多少少便更好。最後點了杯很美的Cinderella mocktails,十分滿足。
