呢道黃油雞卷係用三黃雞拆骨後,用超薄鷄皮捲成嘅,香煎後外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑。醬汁唔單止係忌廉,仲有椰菜花同mimolette cheese,口感幼滑,搭配煎香嘅三種香菇,味道層次感十足,幾有驚喜!


Sake Sour $120 🍸
呢杯Sake Sour結合咗檸檬汁同菠蘿,酸酸地,口感清新,易入口,適合夏天飲用。


Bao Guk $120 🥃
呢杯cocktail清新,混合咗菠蘿、蘋果,尾後帶有菊花味,入口順滑。君度酒嘅柔順加上洋甘菊嘅香味,真係令人眼前一亮,對於鍾意飲甜酒嘅人來講,絕對係一個好選擇!
