Prime pho is a Vietnamese restaurant around Central. Their location has an easy navigation and it is just at the corner end of Lyndhurst terrace. I tried their cold vermicelli with spring rolls and I was suprised by their huge serving. Their cold vermicelli has shaved cucumbers, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, spring onions, nuts and coriander. I like the combination fish sauce and nutty tastes on this dish. Nothing special in their milk tea. It's like a typical milk tea that you can try in anywhere in HK.
Anyway, their staff was really accomodating and helpful.
Overall, experience is worth a try. I wanna try their pho on my next visit. 🙂
