To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時喺香港都好少食廚師發板,不過聽朋友介紹呢度嘅午市廚師發板超級抵食一於嚟試吓午市時段除咗有定食套餐,仲有壽司廚師發辦,價錢由$400至$900都有,今次就選擇左14貫廚師發辦(每位港幣518元)以九州海產為主題設計既廚師發辦料理菜單,首先會包括沙律前菜、茶碗、壽司、蕎麥麵或麵豉湯以及甜品每一道壽司都相當之精美,而且每一道菜師傅都會認真介紹來源以及如何製作,件件入口都好鮮甜當中最印象深刻嘅係拖羅以及燒左口魚壽司,兩件都有入口即溶嘅感覺,魚油充斥着整個口腔,特別欣賞餐廳每一位店員嘅服務態度都非常友善,已呢一個價錢有呢一個質素絕對會再返轉頭
