Restaurant: Merci Minnie

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫襯merci minnie好多好多年了 由大學讀緊書去到依加出左黎社會做野 merci minnie都陪伴我成長 女朋友都帶過好幾個去食 😂Merci minnie係一間人情味濃的街坊小店 店長may姐為左一圓兒子開店的夢想 打本比自己個仔開左lee間餐廳 而佢個仔之前起holiday inn做大廚既 所以起merci minnie餐廳食野有酒店fine dining既感覺 😋今晚食既係限量供應既燒三文魚頭配沙律餐湯餐包 三文魚頭新鮮juicy 好似食緊魚雲咁😂 個沙律🥗無影到相喇 但食得出係好靚既沙律菜配埋醋同埋parmesan cheese 是日餐湯係mushroom soup 質地creamy 同出面果啲紅色白色湯係唔同層次 餐包係現點現烘的garlic bread 拎上手係熱咬落去係脆身既 試問起香港有邊間餐廳會比個熱既包你食 😂去到最後點多件blueberry cheesecake配埋杯即磨咖啡 ☕️ 為晚餐劃下完美既句號 🤗
