Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣糖街一向都係印尼商店嘅集中地,呢晚就決定搵其中一間餐廳一試究竟。呢間《Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant》由印尼人開設,主打地道印尼菜🇮🇩店舖外面有賣印尼小食,仲有班蘭蛋糕,$15一件,好大件。買咗件返去俾屋企人試,佢哋話好食!😛鋪面唔算大,就快九點都仲係座無虛席。好多食客都係印尼local,好似真係好正宗咁😝平時真係好好好好少食印尼菜,估唔到種類都算多:小食、串燒、飯、印尼牛丸麵、花膠湯粉皮、蔬菜等,任君選擇。不過要留意,由於印尼係回教國家,所以係唔食豬嘅🐖印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮 ($78)呢個超抵食!!花膠湯底好濃味,texture夠濃稠,感覺好重骨膠原👅有一舊花膠,食落有啲韌,但都感覺矜貴!另外雞肉主要係雞胸,仲有雞翼,啖啖肉,分量大,雞味重,夠嫩滑😛😛粉皮係闊條河粉🤪,大面積嘅粉皮吸盡湯汁,正!特色印尼炒飯 ($78)相片好似唔係好睇得出,但呢個分量超大!!差唔多有三碗飯🍚🤣🤣面頭嘅蝦片同煎蛋、側邊嘅雞肉串燒、炒飯嘅香料,統統都係印尼炒飯嘅靈魂✨炒飯用到嘅醬汁令到個飯呈現吸引嘅炒飯啡黃色,亦都有甜甜地嘅味;另外香料同辣椒嘅使用,讓炒飯充滿香辣

呢個小食拼盤有晒印尼嘅地道小食,炸黃豆餅、炸碎雞、炸豆腐、炸秋葵、烤雞翼,十分豐富。
比較特別嘅係炸黃豆餅,本身以為會好似米通咁,但原來口感係軟綿多過酥脆🤩
雖然差唔多全部都係炸物,但感覺又唔算熱氣,因為炸粉好薄~

青檸梳打俾梳打水你自己倒落去,分量同青檸汁濃度都任你自己調較!👍

原來呢啲小餐廳雖然外形同裝修都冇大餐廳嗰啲咁冠冕堂皇,但質素絕對唔輸蝕,仲會有多一份人情味添。
有時比下機會自己嘗試小店,或者會發掘到更多特色美食💕
