To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今餐食左十一款壽司同三款魚生,連埋加一,最後埋單都係$330,價廉物美。講番食物質素,刺身方面,我叫左三文魚腩($40/4片)、八爪魚($24/4片)同北寄貝($25/4片),所有刺身都好鮮甜,三文魚腩係厚切嫁,啖啖肉呀。壽司價錢平均$7至$20都有,有d就一件,有d就兩件,平均壽司質素都可以媲美連鎖壽司店,而且種類多,眼花撩亂,我今晚就叫左帶子、象拔蚌、吉列炸蝦同甜蝦等壽司,全部都新鮮甜美。而且我再叫左個芝士燒蠔($45/2隻),蠔嘅size都幾大,有驚喜,而且肉質肥美,味道一樣鮮甜。後來發現原來有生蠔,下次可以試一試先。臨走時,樓上都已經坐滿哂人,所以大家星期六日想黎就早少少啦。
