To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友帶我黎銅鑼灣呢間印尼餐廳食野，真係令我大飽口褔。平、靚、正﹗簡簡單單3個字，就直接咁形左呢間飯其實如果唔係朋友我帶黎，我真係唔知道呢間餐廳。因為餐廳門口細，平時成日經過都只係以為餐廳係外賣店，原來佢有堂食嫁，真係唔黎都唔知🤭印尼大天王見到餐牌寫必食推介，梗係叫黎試下先。巴東牛肉、斑蘭雞、雜菜、沙丁魚，雖然餸菜份量唔算好多，但勝在款式多，款款都有。巴東牛肉煮得好腍，斑蘭雞好滑﹐味道好啲似沙薑雞，雜菜比我想像中好食👍🏻沙丁魚都唔錯，辣辣地幾味，好惹味炒雜菜好好食，我地2個人最快食晒呢碟菜😂沙喇串燒虎蝦-肉質厚身，口感彈牙牛肉-肉味濃而嫩滑羊肉-羊肉嘅羶味很香，口感較韌、有𡁻頭雞肉-同香料味好夾，好食巴東牛肉花膠湯粉皮巴東牛肉味道比較濃，所以一定要送飯，而款係配花膠湯粉皮😍花膠湯其實唔只女仔鐘意，其實我都好鐘意飲🥰花膠好大塊，而且湯好creamy，好正😋芒果沙冰芒果沙冰好靚好大杯，好飲，CP值高班蘭箭葉果蜜睇見朋友杯熱飲賣相都唔錯，而且聞落幾香。朋友話好好飲，甜甜地，而且仲有少少香茅味添
