To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自選4色刺身丼飯（三文魚、有頭甘蝦、劍魚腩、蔥吞拿魚腩蓉）😋4/5最開心係佢有劍魚腩，好多地方都無得食😭 基本上刺身非常新鮮，而且全部都係厚切，食落係非常之有質感同埋重點係件刺身係軟身微凍，而唔係雪到又凍又硬無晒味果種。另一個飯就係自選3色刺身丼飯（油甘魚、劍魚腩、帶子） 😋4/5油甘魚夠肥美，帶子鮮甜，壽司飯有輕微醋味，不過酸薑就乾咗少少，唔夠辣同埋多汁。芥辣八爪魚😋4/5八爪魚切得夠細粒，芥辣非常嗆鼻，食得好過癮🤤兩個人食到飽只係$200左右真係幾抵食嘅而且又係黃店💛唔怪得成日都咁多人排隊懲罰佢啦。
