To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前已經想試呢一間喺銅鑼灣嘅放題店，而家疫情好轉終於可以嚟試啦。佢係任食火鍋，有得揀係雞煲/酸菜魚/麻辣魚黎打邊爐。我哋揀咗酸菜魚，魚都大條嘅，呢個size 係for 2個人，魚有炸過，酸菜非常酸！個酸菜湯就好一般㗎啦，但呢個價錢$128畀你任食打邊爐，包嘢飲，唔使加一，我覺得都唔能夠要求太多。打邊爐方面配料choices 唔太多，都係正常野個d生菜、娃娃菜、蟹柳、5/6種丸、雞肉、牛肉、各種菌類等等，亦有可樂個d正常飲品，全部都係自己要出去拎嘅，佢喺偏自助嘅，連加湯都係要自己喺出面拎嚟加嘅。出面仲有兩個熟食可以拎，春捲同埋炸雞尖，我哋試咗都正正常常嘅。但由於佢店舖唔大，張枱仲要非常之細！你放咗盤魚已經冇幾多位可以同時放d配料，而且枱同台嘅距離好窄，你要不斷行出去其實係好危險，好驚會撞到人哋盤魚。不過overall CP 值都高嘅，佢有得加十蚊(per head)無限添加滑牛嘅，我哋就加咗錢試，比起出面自己拎嘅肥牛，滑牛瘦好多，唔係薄片嚟，都係正常有少少厚度嘅，我勁食呢個，牛肉都係回本位！比較特別嘅係佢仲有一啲串串，係蝦同埋魷魚，蝦非常之雪藏味，可以唔需要試！魷魚就好ok﹐但係
