Previously tried Sai Kung and the menu was slightly different but the crockery they use is the same for both branches.
They specialize in Jams, Jam sodas and since my last visit, there are now 10 different jams in the range.
Clearly, scones were going to be my pick.
I was quite glad, they turned out to be decent scones.
It came with REAL clotted cream.
For the jam I chose the Pineapple and Salted Egg yolk which had an Asian Twist to it. The salted egg yolk wasn't that prominent so it didn't really feel weird with the clotted cream, you could only taste the sweetness and the pineapple.
If you miss scones and clotted cream, this is a good place for it with a bonus choice of 10 different jams.
Finished with a proper tea so I was really happy. They also have toast which has nine different jams on it so if you can't decide which jam to choose, this is also worth choosing.
