晚市回歸實在係太好,收工可以去慢慢嘆法國菜。今晚黎左呢間中環樓上法國餐廳Cuisine Culture。Cuisine Culture餐牌有多款前菜,湯,沙律,主菜,意粉,甜品同飲品。飲品有茶,咖啡,果汁同汽水。另外都有酒水餐牌。我地點左一份前菜,兩碗湯,一份主菜,一份意粉同一份甜品分享,實行大快朵頤一番。龍蝦湯 $88龍蝦湯用左隻大兜裝住,超熱辣辣上枱。湯份量好多,味道好唔錯,帶濃濃嘅龍蝦味,上面灑上香草同少量橄欖油。仲伴有每人一塊香脆麵包,上面加左啲橄欖油,送湯正。焦糖鴨肝醬配法包 $168焦糖鴨肝醬配法包擺盤有主角焦糖鴨肝醬同橙味果醬喺中間,伴有一口法包多士8塊同加左少少油嘅沙律菜。焦糖鴨肝醬用隻焦糖布丁兜裝住,份量唔少,真係有脆脆焦糖面,食落非常香滑。法包多士好香脆,自己加啲鴨肝醬同埋橙味果醬喺上面一齊食,原來鴨肝醬同橙味果醬味道係咁夾,好食喎。法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔 $208法式地道鴨腿煎得超脆皮,食落脆卜卜。鴨肉唔會乾爭爭,食落仲有肉汁,質感夠嫩,整得好出色。鴨油煎薯仔有6大舊,煎得有少少脆皮,不過唔會太油,食落啖啖澱粉質,好滿足。伴有加左黑醋嘅沙律菜,甜甜哋好開胃。黑松

意粉係幼身spaghetti,都幾有咬口,係我鍾意嘅類型,意粉加左檻欖油一齊炒,味道唔錯,唔會太乾。野菌份量唔少,質素唔錯。最後灑上香草同放上黑松露醬。黑松露醬分量適中,唔會太濃或太淡。

是日甜品一共有3樣野,好豐富,分別有大大個有朱古力碎既朱古力雪糕球,法式瑪德蓮貝殼蛋糕同法式布丁,再用紅色同橙色果醬點綴。

法式瑪德蓮貝殼蛋糕居然係烤過,有脆皮之餘入面仲要好腍,非常好食,仲可以配雪糕食冷熱交融。法式布丁似係一個吉士批,入面較為濕潤似膏狀。
今餐食物好味道,食完都夠飽。餐廳位置方便,距離港鐵站出口行5分鐘内就到。餐廳黃色梳化椅經過修復,好新淨。服務員態度有禮,仲會關心客人對食物既意見。上菜效率又高。呢個價錢抵食呀!最後多謝同行友人請客。
