香蒜牛肝菌意粉熱辣辣上枱,未食先聞到好香菌香味。意粉係幼身spaghetti,整到al dente質感,而且非常滑溜。味道方面係簡單橄欖油味,夠味又唔會太濃。牛肝菌份量都唔少,口感又滑又腍,本身有一種特別香味,口感就少少似肥膏。加左唔少蒜片,帶黎多一重味道,最後灑上香草。呢道意粉好味道,食完齒頰留香。
