To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黑松露醬野菌意粉好香黑松露醬味。意粉係幼身spaghetti,差唔多係我最愛嘅al dente質感,明顯用橄欖油炒過,好乾身。野菌至少有兩種,好爽脆,配意粉食有雙重口感。

總括而言,我地對食物既質素非常滿意。服務超好,全餐得一位樓面哥哥,但係佢成日幫我地換碟收野,好勤快,仲問我地意見兼即時反映俾廚房知。有誠意嘅餐廳絕對值得鼓勵。今餐食得好高興,實有下次。
