係銅鑼灣鬧市中經過見到呢間餐廳裝修好特別,加上呢日行完街好肚餓🥺 又想食下日本野,就比裝修吸引入左呢間餐廳!個名都幾得意 係「九鬼」居酒屋!嚟到居酒屋🏮緊係叫啲特色野食~~甲羅燒($88): 將鵪鶉蛋放上去,撈埋啲蟹肉一齊食,再將飯同紫菜包埋一齊食,食落去蟹肉嘅香味散發去口腔,味道非常濃郁!平時甲羅燒會配多士,但呢間就用飯同紫菜去代替,個配搭好新穎!而且好match!雞泡魚乾($38): 非常抵食,因為平時出去唔會係呢個價,而且表面燒得好香口,少少黏口,再配埋個芥末沙律醬食,真係一流!鹽燒鯛魚($88): 個人第一次食呢個,魚油味甚香,而且燒過嘅魚皮食落去好香脆,平時唔食魚皮嘅話,難得地燒得咁香口,都忍唔住食晒添呀!😋😋鵪鶉蛋($38): 有2大粒,蛋嘅size 女大粒,再配個辣汁一齊食,更加香口,因為辣度嘅刺激更加引誘我不斷食到幾啖添呀😋牛舌芯 ($48): 非常厚切,可能因為係舌芯嘅關係,食落去啖啖肉,充滿牛味,平時啲牛舌係薄切,但呢個厚切完全滿足到中意食牛舌嘅我!五花肉($48): 又係厚切!同牛舌芯一樣咁厚,食落去脂肪同豬肉嘅比例均勻!五花肉嘅脂肪慢慢從口腔散發,雖然覺得好邪惡

五花肉($48): 又係厚切!同牛舌芯一樣咁厚,食落去脂肪同豬肉嘅比例均勻!五花肉嘅脂肪慢慢從口腔散發,雖然覺得好邪惡好肥膩,但難得食到呢啲高質串揚,就唔好介意啦😋

日本山藥($48): 姐係平時嘅椎山,炸過嘅椎山估唔到會咁好食!一開始以為會覺得好奇怪唔夾,但原來係咁新奇,再配少少辣汁一齊食,椎山嘅精髓更提高一個層次!

總括然而,呢間餐廳嘅水準真係甚高,價錢雖中上位,但質素對得住價錢,有興趣嘅朋友不妨黎呢間試吓啦😋
