去過好多間將軍澳區酒樓,最鍾意呢間。店內裝修舒適,室內外座位大多數望到跨灣大橋,每次嚟都覺得好relax。今次收工過嚟嘆夜茶,試吓馳名懷舊點心同小菜。懷舊灌湯餃堅持傳統做法,灌湯餃皮包着充滿鮮蝦味的內餡,有濃郁蘿蔔味。焗叉燒包叉燒包金黃渾圓,表層有像菠蘿包般的脆皮,叉燒內餡微鹹帶甜,質素高。鵪鶉蛋松露燒賣傳統港式點心,加入西式松露醬,味道夾。排骨陳村粉排骨入味卻不算咸,配上陳村粉,增飽肚感。蒜蓉粉絲蒸魷魚魷魚非常新鮮,咬落爽彈,粉絲充滿蒜味。鳳梨咕嚕蝦球咕嚕蝦球先炸後埋芡,內裡酥脆,外則被醬料包裹,做得好唔易👍🏻🛎️必試指數:9/10🔆
