This is one of the dish of the night! the creamy, and smooth soup is really perfectly season, and matches well with the mushroom inside, which is already great to it just by itself!
We then have the preserved chinese sausage carbonara. Its a unique fusion dish, where the pasta has fragrance of chinese sausage! the egg on top also add an extra layer of flavor for the dish.
We then had the wagyu M5 Tenderloin, in which is seasoned with XO sauce. This is a nice fusion dish, with the tender and juicy beef meat, combined with the XO sauce, creating a combination of western and eastern food!
We ended the night with the Dessert of Sourdough pineapple bun with milk tea ice cream!
This is an amazing dessert! they had the crispy signature hk style pineapple bun with sourdough bread, in addition to the hk signature milk tea ice cream in between the buns to give a nice sweet flavor of this dessert
