To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lian 尚蓮有泰式菜有越式菜,但今次只係叫咗泰國菜。一共叫咗三樣嘢:馬拉盞炒通菜炒得比較濕,不過味道還可以。蛋包海鮮炒金邊粉贏在presentation. 大頭蝦炸得夠脆,香脆嘅蝦頭好食過蝦肉。金邊粉比較淡口。最後上枱嘅係小食拼盤,亦係成餐最好食嘅菜。串燒用不鏽鋼串起,都算係環保。食得出係用grill 烤而不是炸,都算幾有誠意。蝦餅春卷新鮮炸起熱辣辣。柚子沙律比較甜。米紙卷用料新鮮。食得飽飽,可以繼續去shopping
