The broth was good but nothing spectacular. The noodles however were one of the best I've had in Hong Kong; yellow, slightly thicker, and very firm. The toppings of a chicken breast and a very slicely thin char siu were only okay, the char siu was way too thin, and the chicken breast felt out of place and didn't enjoy it at all. But there was this fried 'greater burdock' on top of the ramen that was delicious. The karage was okay. I also had a bite of the tsukemen, and it was good but again, didn't blow my mind away.
Very expensive bowl of ramen, it was $150 for this bowl, and it didn't even come with an egg. Incredibly overpriced. The star of the ramen was the firm noodles and the fried topping, everything else was mediocre.
