The thought of having egg tart for afternoon tea always lightens up my day. Catherine's egg tart is definitely among the top of my "egg tart list".I always prefer biscuit base for egg tarts. The biscuit base is crispy and hot in Catherine's. The filling is not too sweet, glad that it's not sugary.The egg tarts are as good as those in Tai Chueng, and it's only $3 in Catherine's. I always prefer biscuit base for egg tarts. The biscuit base is crispy and hot in Catherine's. The filling is not too sweet, glad that it's not sugary.

The egg tarts are as good as those in Tai Chueng, and it's only $3 in Catherine's. My first choice for 3:15.
