My friends and I ventured into Jordan for a hot pot adventure at a restaurant called "Fragrant Hong Kong Moon." We ordered the "Fragrant Hong Kong Platter," a glorious medley of meats. It featured a symphony of textures and flavors – US Angus beef, hand-cut local beef, tendon, tongue, tripe, and honeycomb. The lamb selection boasted saddle, shoulder, and ribs, while the pork contingent consisted of neck, belly, and tripe.
The quality of the meat was outstanding, especially the hand-cut local beef, bursting with pure beefy goodness.
For our broth, we opted for the "Japanese Milk Rose Pot." This beauty was crafted with Hokkaido whole milk, vegetable stock, red papaya, and a touch of Japanese rose for a touch of floral elegance.
