Bazaar Chicken
Very smooth skin and silky tender meat. Deboned and beautifully plated. Seasoning and marinade were on point. Delish.
Pork Lard Silver Needle Noodles
Crispy lard cubes with mushrooms and minced pork. Clear broth which I could create my own preferred flavors with the condiments provided.
Veggie of the day was choy sum. Fresh and sweet.
For the drinks, we ordered the caffeine filled chrysanthemum pu-er tea and the slightly sweet monk fruit winter melon tea.
Would absolutely revisit to try their pork knuckle.
