To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於住到好評如潮、香港人最愛Staycation酒店之一的香港君悅酒店Grand Hyatt Hong Kong✌🏻。仲包左入住當晚於客房享用的鹿悅便當晚餐🍽（兩位）。主菜可選吉列免治牛或照燒雞，我各選了1份。晚餐時間到啦，酒店餐廳「鹿悅」為我們送上日式便當，很精美🥰，而且味道很正宗很有日本的味道啊！裡面有卷物、野菜煮物、燒魚、肉料理、食事、甜品。卷物係加州卷野菜煮物有南瓜、人參、椎茸、高野豆腐，都由鰹魚湯煮成，特別鮮味。燒魚是三文魚柚子燒，酸酸甜甜，好開胃。食事有白飯、漬物、麵鼓湯。肉料理的吉列免治牛，孖寶大讚，好香口好好味。我就鍾意照燒雞，好有日式風味。哥哥最愛甜品士多啤梨櫻花忌廉蛋糕，好似食緊士多啤梨一樣，味道一流。
