We went hiking and we decided to have dinner at Yuen long. I was staving after hiking ! This restaurant could order different part of a cow. As it was the first time we came, so we ordered the dinner set. It means we could try every part without order too much.The presentation was nice, it served on a cow-look board. We followed the time marked on the paper, beef was with medium- well cook, most of them were with good taste.
