Went to UnoMas for the first time after hearing the good recommendations from friends.

Table was booked at 730 p.m., but when we arrived, we were "requested" to vacate the table by 9 p.m. as the restaurant conducted 2 sessions on that night.

The tapas menu looks interesting and we ordered 8 tasty tapas, a carafe of Sangria Rosa (really good), and a bottle of white wine at reasonable price. The $$ per head was about HKD 450.

For this sort of price tag, one would expect the restaurant to deliver top services in addition to good food (i.e. similar to the Tapas Bar at Kowloon Shangri-la). I am very disappointed to say that the service offered by this restaurant fell short of the expected standard. The restaurant failed to inform us about the 2 sessions dining arrangement when we booked the table or when we confirmed the table. The waitress serving us was rude, the other who "reminded" us to vacate the table was worse.

It's a Friday night, we would like to relax and enjoyed good wine and food at a nice restaurant. For the type of service that UnoMas offers, I think this restaurant is definitely over-rated. There are clearly a couple of other better restaurants for tapas lovers.
