上年去咗巴塞隆拿度蜜月,Eat Play Love, 都係Eat 最重要,西班牙d tapas 好多選擇,啱晒貪心嘅我,自此就愛上左西班牙Tapas,今日約左啲姊妹去街,女仔夜晚唔鍾意食澱粉質,Tapas就最啱啦! 我主動book 呢到。去到一坐低就有小食,係番茄橄欖油蒜蓉包,一人一小件,唔會太飽!蒜蓉包好脆,蕃茄好清甜唔太酸,好開胃。今次我地揀咗chef tapas menu, 6 個tapas + 2 個甜品。第一個tapas:Clams in green sauce; 湯係大蜆湯,上來時,好濃酒香,蜆肉好甜,點麵包好味,可惜湯揮發得太快,唔夠喉。第二個tapas: Grilled cuttlefish with green Allioli foam;咩來架?咩來架? 綠色嘅醬又唔似cream, 個texture 好特別,原來係張d 生蒜打成foam, 好輕,好滑,配合墨魚好夾,d 蒜味墨魚無冇咁heavy,唔小心食多左2粒。第三個tapas: Traditional crab croquette; 印象中西班牙好多炸嘅tapas, 依個蟹肉球炸得剛好,有好多蟹肉, 又好juicy

到甜品啦,搬出第二個胃先,
Churros 我未食過,我個friend 話churros 又叫鬼佬油炸鬼,點d 朱古力醬,香甜,少脆,不過not my cup of tea! 1 條夠啦!試下另一款啦,焦糖焗蛋白,重點係個汁,靑檸,士多啤梨同黑莓醋酸酸地, 中和飽滯感,happy ending !
其實食私房菜就係食廚師嘅心思,今次呢間餐廳無論食物造型同選擇同味道,都值得讚賞!不過如果價錢經濟啲,就好啦!encore多幾次都無咁肉痛嘛!
