首先必點自家製手工啤 House Beer - Flauta,花香撲鼻,容易入口。

必點蒜香蝦 Garlic Prawn,新鮮蝦配海鮮湯,值得額外點一份多士蘸湯吃。

和牛他他 Classic Waygu Beef Tartare 與別不同,香辛層次特出,我最喜歡那濃郁的黑胡椒辛香!

是日海鮮,大蜆及章魚極嫩,多寶魚底下的薯片盡吸精華,我怕肥都認為它是極品,全吃清!

如常把和牛他他塗在多士上吃,一口咬下,竟然洋溢黑胡椒香郁,香味很重但不過辣,馬上喚醒味蕾,再加上少許青蔥牛油,那香辛層次非常討好,極之美味,另一必點項目。

好奇試吓醃青口,可惜,相比剛才更見遜色,只因是罐頭材料而非鮮貨,肉質已失彈性,醬汁味道還好,最值得欣賞是搭配脆蝦片,想不到非常夾,拾回一些分。

原來不只如此,鋪滿碟而藏在魚下面有薯仔片塊,預先炸香然後放在魚下焗,怪不得盡吸精華,表面油滑,口感實在,充滿魚的鮮香,不得了的佳作,平日少吃澱粉質的我亦停不了口,全清。

二人份量剛好,兩只海蝦三隻大蜆及章魚,同樣是新鮮美味,米飯飽滿,湯汁豐富,混合了青椒及洋蔥粒,吃不到香腸,那鹹味應該來自鹽,依我口味就過鹹了,不過,人人口味不同!
