I recently dined at The Verandah at Repulse Bay. The ambiance was warm and inviting.Started with the Tuna Tartare and Beef Tartare. The Tuna Tartare was fresh and delicately seasoned, with a perfect balance of flavors that highlighted the quality of the tuna. The Beef Tartare was very impressive as well! Started with the Tuna Tartare and Beef Tartare. The Tuna Tartare was fresh and delicately seasoned, with a perfect balance of flavors that highlighted the quality of the tuna. The Beef Tartare was very impressive as well!


For the main course, we ordered Tiger Prawn Spaghetti and Grilled Whole Seabass. The prawns were perfectly cooked, and the lobster sauce was rich. Grilled Whole Seabass was also surprising good, cooked with crispy skin and tender meat.


Chocolate Lava Cake was so rich witg a heavenly taste. The Apple Strudel was as good, with flaky pastry and a warm spiced filling that was simply delightful.


Dinner at the Verandah was exceptional. The combination of exquisite dishes and attentive service made it a memorable evening.
