The meal started with a varied appetiser selection and my favourites are leatherjacket fish sashimi wrapped by lotus leaf, hokki kai(北寄貝) sashimi and the sea urchin tofu, fresh and delicious.Other highlights of the sashimi dishes were the flounder and flounder's liver with miso sauce(middle and right) and Pacific saury served with shiso leaf(left).When I got to the main sushi section, the fatty tuna is always the best to try out, which looked just like raw beef and was just as fatty.Unfortunate

Unfortunately the hot dishes were quite a let down, the fish was a bit overcooked.
At the end it finished up with clam soup with conch and tofu pudding.
