Buffet time in such a special period in Hong Kong is very relaxing. The restaurant is less noisy.The service is, of course, very good. All servers bare a big smile on them and make sure to fold your napkins properly whenever you leave your seat. The seafood bar is fair. With seafood of a lot of choices. They are in general fresh but there is no oyster today, which is a bit disappointing. Not really flavourful for those seafood, with the exception of the marinated abalone is very tasty indeed. Worth multiple try.
Desserts are fine. The ice crystals in the ice cream is too large, maybe caused by a unflavourable freezing temperature. On the other hand. I appreciate the bread pudding so much, with a lot of custard, paradise.
The raspberry Soufflé is a bit too tangy for me. The texture is good, very fluffy.
And here is the octopus salad.
Again, the service is delighted. I guess half of the price of this buffet goes to excellent service. Worth a try in a while.
