To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It was my second visit. 淨巴東牛肉 was one of their 必食推介. The portion was so big with loads of beef briskets. The beef briskets were well seasoned and they were very tasty being slightly spicy. The beef briskets were also reasonably tender and not too hard. The accompanying veggies were also quite fresh.

印尼秘製汁燒魷魚 were freshly grilled and smelt so good when served. They were so fresh and crispy and I particularly loved the grilled mark on them. The 秘製汁 was really so tasty because it was a bit sweet and greatly enhanced the flavour of the squid. The accompanying sauce on the side was also sweet. The accompanying veggies were also quite fresh.

It really smelt a bit stinky when served with a special odour which we seldom came across. But when eaten the stinky beans themselves were actually not so stinky. They were quite big and went great with the spicy sauce mixed with some tomatoes, onions, garlic, lemongrass and chili. There were four shrimps which were not baby shrimps.

牛油果沙冰 was giant with loads of avocado smoothie! There was some chocolate sauce added on top but definitely just appropriate. It was just like eating avocado ice cream! Highly recommended indeed. Great to wash down the spicy food.

It was basically two black glutinous rice paste in coconut milk. It was not sweet at all. Healthness outweighed evil-ness.

The food here did not disappoint us again. Pretty good foods and drinks like last time. Prices also were quite reasonable, especially in CWB district.
