Nice view, good food but POOR service attitude! Staff rendering bad service attitude in particular one of the staff serving reception area seems also acting as security guard has wrongly identified me and my kid as trespassers from the shopping mall has stopped us entering into balcony sea view area by just dropping few words impolitely ‘this is our bar area’ without greetings, smiling and any explanation of reasons behind.
After she aware that I was one of the restaurant customers she said further ‘I couldn’t recognise every customer’ without apology! Those senior persons handled my complaint without heart. The worst customer service I have never experience.

With high expectations to celebrate mother’s day with great disappointment by walking out from this classy restaurant. They ruined our day!
