To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

A full table of FOOD!!! coming to lunch with my parents and grandma, and seems like dad really is in a mood for food! maybe it's too stress at work.We ordered the walk by pork bone congee, well it's not as hot as the other restaurant we go to, but it's ok. A full table of FOOD!!! coming to lunch with my parents and grandma, and seems like dad really is in a mood for food! maybe it's too stress at work.

We ordered the walk by pork bone congee, well it's not as hot as the other restaurant we go to, but it's ok. The taste is normal, nothing too special, it's not bad, it's not that outstanding neither.

Dim sum is ok overall-
BBQ pork bun are good, hot n sweet
Deep fried pork "corner" is good as grandma really like it crunchy n sticky.
Curry squid - i always love this, but curry is a bit too sweet, but i like how chewy the squid is. can they not put those chinese rice paste on the bottom, it looks pretty gross at the end?!
Steam Fish ball + steam fish head - didn't try it since i dont' really like fish
Steam turnip cake - it's nice and hot. i always love this plate just most restaurant will have it serve warm, which is pretty yucky. The cake is not too hard, so they did put a lot of turnip in there, good good. encore!!
Japanese BBQ chicken wing - dad use to come here just for the chicken wing, you can tell how good and how much we love this plate. it is a very good dish, but expensive, we ordered two this time
it's crispy and salty on teh skin and tendy n juicy in the inside, very very good.
rice noodle roll - we ordered teh BBQ pork one, not as good as it use to, but not bad, still soft and smooth, BBQ pork still chewy to have that food contrast in one plate.

Shark fin soup - we always like soup over lunch, so this is what each of us had. i have 1.5 bowl since mom doens't want hers and shared around. the soup is hot, taste are good, i love the shark fin. the ham is salty as good as. and it's just like those wedding banquet shark fin soup you get, lovely.
