To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). HKD 568 for dim sum brunch per head, it’s a little bit pricey for dim sum buffet. The décor is nice and the food quality is good. However, not my first priority to visit to enjoy dim sum in the future. Some of their food need to be paid extra.I would recommend the turnip cake, yam noodles, pork knuckle, sautéed chicken and sweet potato lava orbs. The mushroom bun is not good. DON’T order!Coconut thousand cake not good. DON’T order!
