Every dish we tried use the best ingredients and was well-executed. Most impressed with the signature mud crab rice using Japanese rice. There was a lot of crab roe to cover the rice and flavour was enhanced by a garlicky kick. The meat of the crab itself was also "sweet" and juicy. Their homemade pasta with lobster claws was also excellent as it was cooked to an al dente texture. The lobster itself was served in a separate plate and the flesh was very fresh and bouncy.
