The set comes with 2 appetisers per person plus a main and a dessert. The steak tartare with truffles shavings was very nicely presented, which exceeded expectations. The hamachi was nice and the 明太子with salmon roes look like sushis. Love the salted egg flavoured dressing with the peppers.Can choose the knives you want to cut your steak.Even the desserts (pina colada) had the grilled flavour.Didn’t take photo of the other dessert, which was caramel custard with smoked ice cream with chocolate
