Special Carbonara Pasta: As a carbonara lover, I had high hopes and they delivered. The pasta was cooked perfectly, creamy and rich, with just the right amount of pepper.
Pan-fried Octopus Tentacles: Kind of chewy, but in a good way. The flavor was strong, almost briny. I'm not sure if it's an everyday kind of thing, but it was definitely a unique experience.
Overall, Flagship was a culinary adventure. Some hits, some misses, but I’d go back for the pork chops and carbonara.
