This was not our first visit so we had the expectation but this visit wasn't as good as our previous visits.Especially the service level was very disappointing. First, When we were seated we were given the menu that had 2 course meals & 3 course meals to choose.All of us weren't sure about the desserts, so we decided to order the starter and the main first.While we were having the main, we were notified by their staff telling us that their card machine is not working.This happens so it was fine,

While we were having the main, we were notified by their staff telling us that their card machine is not working.
This happens so it was fine, then she told us to "go to the ATM machine and get some cash" while we're still eating our main!
All of us found this was outrageous. At least, the person should said " Sorry to interrupt while you're having a meal, but today we're having some problems with the card machine, so we would only be able to accept Cash only etc.." There are more ways to tell the customers nicely than just
informing us like " go and get the cash now"
We asked whether they have the expected time to fix it, we wanted to know as we need to decide whether we want to go for dessert or not.
The staff went off to ask, then she did not come back. So we asked her again after 20 mins. Then another person came and keep telling us that we're yelling! I found this was rude. we're not sure what that previous staff told another staff(maybe the manager?)
If that person was the manager, I think she did not handle the situation properly.
We told her that "we're not yelling, we need to decide whether we want to order dessert or not as we are short of cash, so we would like to know whether you have the expected time to fix, then we will order more drinks and desserts and wait as we're not in hurry"
Then she goes, " desserts are already included", we told her "No, we haven't ordered the 3 course meal".
Then she goes "No, we only have 3 course meal, we don't have 2 course meal at all, never"
This reply also made us speechless. All of us had received the same menus and we all saw that there were two options to choose- either 2 course meal or 3 course meals.
Then we told her, " No, we saw the menu and could you please check the menu again" then she came back later and admitted.
so we ordered only 1 desserts as we already lost our appetite.
We were given free glasses of drinks but after all this drama, we didn't want to drink all
Then when we asked for the bill, again.... the bill price wasn't matching. They charged us all the 3 course meals whereas only one person ordered the 3 course meals.
Seriously, the food is ok but I think this restaurant really needs to train staffs properly.
This experience left us the feeling that we will probably won't visit again. And this is probably one of the worst experiences ever in Hong Kong for past 6 years.
