To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁Asia mile 到期前，換左個lunch buffet 食🤩😁估唔到星期一中午都咁多人, 差唔多全場滿座🥳每次食buffet 都係生蠔打頭陣. 即開即食生蠔, 雖然偏細隻但creamy燒汁/黑椒汁牛肉：肉嫩有筋但唔黏牙串燒脆肉瓜/燒腩肉/牛肉：特別like 脆肉瓜，表面有少少孜然粉，肉厚juicy北京填鴨同雞蛋仔都唔熱，有點遜色最like 係番石榴茉莉花茶布甸，好好味，第一次食番石榴味甜品，有驚喜，忍唔住要食多一杯，好正！大推👍🏻👍🏻🤩焦糖香蕉忌廉布甸都好味，推介👍🏻😋最後仲送一局夾波波，可惜夾唔中無禮物🤪
