之前聽其他人講依度燒味得 自己試完都有同感☺️ 蜜餞叉燒皇($118)肥瘦均衡 外面一層燒得脆口嘅蜜糖加叉燒鬆軟嘅肉質真係冇得輸片皮乳豬全體($1180)嘅化皮可以配千層餅夾住食 完全唔覺得肥膩 食完面頭d皮佢地仲會手撕剩餘嘅豬仔肉上碟 識食一定夾隻豬仔脾食🙊 另外試嘅其他小菜我亦覺得好有水準 尤其係黑椒野箘廣島蠔同海鹽牛脷🐮!! 水煮龍躉片($268)唔係話好辣但係食完麻麻嘅感覺好正 主食推薦好簡單嘅薑蔥鮑汁橯麵($108) 麵質同薑葱嘅調味都恰到好處👼🏻 最後甜品試左豆沙竹葉角($38/3)同茘茸西米焗布甸($35)💓 特別欣賞竹葉角聞落有好香味竹葉味 軟口得嚟仲有點煙韌😚
